    Did you hear her response to the question "Recent polls show that 1/5th of Americans cannot locate the United States on a world map. Why do you think that is?."

    Here's here response, word for word:

    "I personally believe that US Americans are unable to do so, because, uh, some people out there in our nation don't have maps, and uh, and I believe that our education such as South Africa, and the Iraq, everywhere like such as, and I believe that they should, uh, our education over here in the US should help the US, should help South Africa, and should help the Iraq and the Asian countries, so we will be able to build up our future for our children.

    I would probably question the accuracy of the poll, then say that in the unlikely event that it is true who really gives a shit, it's as irrelavent as saying 1/5 of the population doesn't know how to make mashed potatoes. Every last one of those people will be just fine as long as they don't try to teach geography. Then I would throw the microphone on the ground, spit on it then stomp on it then walk off the stage and quit the pagent and hope for a hollywood development deal.

    Wow.

    I'm going to try to give her the benefit of the doubt and say that she just froze and drew a blank. It looked like she was trying to remember what the question was, what her train of thought was, etc. I think she just came unglued and it was all she could do at that point to smile and try to get out of it.

    Either that or it's a good thing she's pretty....
