Battlefield 3 tho

Hope it is better than Black Ops. IMO Black Ops was such a let down. MW2 was the best game ever put out.

^this. black ops did great with character customization and the point/wager system, but the game itself was weak. if I walked into a room and it was on my first thought was "why you playin call of duty 4? oooh that's right black ops sucks. nvm." mw2 was one weapon away from being perfect. the mfing 1911:

I know they better get the shit right this time. I want all the same perks, namely marathon lightweight ninja(the rest I couldn't really care less about), a .44 magnum AND a mfing 1911. none of this either or shit. I only play hardcore and use pistols 99% of the time, the lack of 1911 is unacceptable to a guy like me.

but somehow ^this as well. battlefield is a much better war game, but cod nailed the "martial art" feel of combat, especially if you play hardcore. it's like constantly throwing down in duels with infinitely variable situations. I love the feeling of seeing my name next to a little revolver pop up 15-20 times and hearing "wtf" on the mic. or getting the last kill with my patented sword technique and hearing a collective "holy shit." or even better, finding other sick pistols and owning them in a 1v1, and then teaching them the sword technique, forever changing their style of play. battlefield is the shit but it doesn't have the martial art aspect of cod so I don't like it quite as much.

to be fair s.k.a.t.e. killed tony hawk. but you're right, people def get tired of paying $70 ever year for the same game.

People who are that devastatingly stupid shouldn't complain in the first place. It's not the game publisher's fault that they can easily make money off of mindless marks who gleefully wait in line to buy "subtle tweaks" at a premium price and then hurry back home to snuggle up next to their collection of Furbys whilst staring that their Brutus "The Barber" Beefcake posters.

First off, COD4 was better than MW2. Secondly, Tony Hawk killed Tony Hawk. Skate helped, but it wasn't the primary cause.

Also, I wish they would stop making this game over and over again.

I would say it was one of the worst games ever put out. Those glitches ruined an incredible game.

Completely agree. I have gotten more time out of Black Ops than any of them since COD2. (not MW2)

BTW, COD 2 single player campaign on veteran will take 10 years off your life.

Why does everyone love COD so much? The game gets so lame after a while.

besides, noob tubes are just part of the game like any other thing, in cod4 and mw2. tbh claymores used to piss me off more than anything until I figured out how to beat them with decent success. I guess it just depends on how you play. I was always moving a lot, and usually pretty fast, so getting hit by a tube wasn't all that common for me. but you can imagine how many claymores I tripped when I was constantly breaching and trying to get the drop on people.

now that I think about it, I'd rather be heads up against a noob tube than an assault rifle or a sniper. at least you have that extra moment to shoot them back before you die. if a sniper lets off first then thats just all there is to it most of the time.
