Monitor/Laptop question

    What specs does my laptop have to have to be able to hook up to this monitor and support the 2560x1600 resolution? I'm not very good with computers, so any help is appreciated.

    It needs a video card that will support that resolution. Checkout what your max res is on your laptop.

    it looks like the highest itll go is 1440x900 right now but idk if thats right. The video card is the NVIDEA GeForce 9600M GT

    looked up the specs for that video card and it says it supports 2560x1600....so i guess im all set
