    I know it's a REPOST but the last topic i found was from 2006 using search feature.

    Anyway, putting new songs on my ipod and looking for workout music to get me pumped up. I'm not the biggest heavy metal fan so looking for some recommendations on what to d/l and put on my ipod. I have songs from rage against the machine, metallica, etc but looking for OT's opinion

    I cant fucking wait till IE comes back to town. Used to get to see them live every couple months...now they seem to have made it big enough that they are touring the world instead. These guys are in my top 5 favorite bands

    Any Drum and Bass. Stuff Like The Prodigy, The Qemists...

    There is some ridiculously good stuff from DJ Shadow, Crystal Method, Chemical Brothers.

    If you want guitars, Slayer, Pantera, Metal Church....Hell even stuff like the Rev. HOrton Heat will get your gears turning if your in the mood. I am a little old and my tastes differ a bit from the decade younger than me.
