    Any time you drive to a store you have never been to before, after the sun has set, the store will have closed within 5 minutes of your arival.

    section b:

    unless you have a USC bumper sticker/ liscense plate liner in which case it will have closed within 5 seconds of your arrival.

    section c:

    unless you are not an OT-er in which case the store will still be open for 5 more minutes upon arrival.
