Ill be The first to admitt I haven't seen Marvin Williams play much but I think a change of scenery could do wonders for Williams. He will always be known as the #2 pick on ATL who didn't pan out and was drafted ahead of DWill and CP3.

In Utah he will be a rotation guy wIth no pressure and no huge expectations. The fans Here will get behind him and be supportive. It could be all for nothing but Harris is nothing but a back up PG at this point, and a shitty one at that. Williams may very well be a lost cause himself tho, we shall see..

a lot of contracts have performance incentives. im not sure if its based on how deep into the season the team gets or if its just stuff like making an all star team, all nba, etc etc
