  1. Ok so i'm joining a league with some friends and I know quite a bit about basketball but don't watch many games outside of laker games (live near LA, not a bandwagoner) was wondering if anyone had any tips on player selection etc, draft is at 9:45 pst. Thanks for ur help/input OT.

  2. You can't go wrong looking at espn.com's player rankings.
  3. yeah I mean i looked through that sutff, just wanted to know if anyone had any varying opinions or game plans on waht they are going to do/have done.

  4. make sure to look up potential sleepers/busts for most teams. I haven't played fantasy bball in a while, but I know that late round draft picks are very important. Also, don't overvalue one-dimensional players (such as those who only get pts, rbs, blocks, but nothing else). Go for well-rounded players who fill up the stat sheet.
  5. Depends on the schematics.
  6. It's head to head, I have the 3rd pick, you've got to assume Kevin durant, and Lebron are going to go 1, and 2...

  7. I took Paul second. Howard isn't a bad pick.
  8. Howard is probably a good 3rd pick. Rondo is a huge fantasy guy as well. D Rose probably has a monster year as well.
  9. How many start? I love slashes especially F/C. Basketball is a youth game. Don't just draft the big name older players. You want guys that fill out a stat sheet. Players that get you bonus points for double doubles are way better than some one who just scores 24 a game like Michael Redd.
  10. i take rose over rondo. i would also take durant over howard. dirk maybe? just cuz his team sucks and he will be relied on to do everything.

  11. I was thinking dirk/howard.....7 g/f/c, and 3 utility...then obv the 4 on the bench

  14. I know i wanted durant so bad :(....I also think a good sleeper pick if he can fall to 2nd round is russel westbrook.

  17. Mongo like:

Durant, then Paul and James as 1-3.

Get them all, and crushification will ensue on a massive scale.
  18. I don't know where he's ranked or how many are calling this his breakout year, but hop on the Roy Hibbert bangwagon as soon as you can.

19 points, 9 rebounds and 4 assists this year MINIMUM. You heard it hear first.
