    Mavs are 3 games back

    The rest of March for the Lakers

    vs Toronto, @Phoenix, @GS, @Sac, vs Min, vs Wash, @ SA, @OKC, @HOU, @NO, @ATL

    For the Mavericks

    @MIN, vs NJ, vs NY, vs CHI, vs BOS, @ NO, vs LAC, @ POR, @ GS, vs DEN, @ MEM

    I'd imagine the Lakers end up winning the conference by a game or two, but 8 of the next 11 for LA are on the road with that killer 5 game road trip while the Mavs have a pretty easy next 11 with just 1 road game against a current playoff team. This thing is going to get close.

    It is a good amount of road games, but not the toughest stretch ever.

    You kidding me? The Nuggets have arguably the toughest schedule left of the 3 in March....of the 13 games 7 are against playoff teams with 2 games against NO who isn't a playoff team but is certainly tough....that 5 game road trip is murder by the way. What you don't say is those 5 games are in 7 days so that can snowball real fast with no rest. You think the Nuggets have a chance in that back-to-back at Orlando and Dallas after playing 3 road games in 5 days before that.

    there's about 18 games left...thats 20% of the season. let it play down to about 6-7 left before you start trying to decide the outcome of every single team's remaining games

    Its gonna be ruff if they dont start playing better. Dropping 3 in a row for the first time since Gasol got there, doesnt bode well.

    Watch out for the Thunder.

    Up and coming dangerous team.

    I've been cheering for them since i used to like the Sonics.

    Durant is on a mission and maybe they can make a deep playoff run.

    I've got an enormous man crush for Kevin Durant but the Thunder aren't making a deep playoff run. They're too young and they have NO frontcourt. Give them a good frontcourt player and another year of experience and they should be contending for the rest of the decade.

    Ya, it's more wishful thinkin on my part. Will be good experience to at least play in the playoffs.

    Don't sleep on Dallas. yeah yeah yeah...

    Dirk has pieces he has never had in place during his whole NBA career. 11-0 since, while the others are having probs shipping below 500 teams atm...

    Cubes and Jerry had a a lil dance, and some footwork is in place to possibly have playoff games at Texas stadium. IDK if there is really a home court adv in a huge ass dome? Would be hella hype tho. Cubes would have to buy out AA center and get season tkt holders to agree on seating arrangements. Pretty iffy but doable?...
