Need advice for Aruba

    WOuld like to blaze while there. Don't want to travel with it. Me and hubby are middle aged, so not likely to be approached by the right people. Any advice about how to hook-up would be appreciated. Vacation would ba a million times better than without. Kat

    Walk along the beach between hotels at night and you will most likely be approached by someone, middle aged or not. That, or hit up a cabby to take you to San Nicholas to find someone to sell to you.

    That being said, anything 'local' I saw was absolute garbage and would strongly suggest you reconsider your other option.

    If you walk a block on the sidewalk Downtown 2-3 people will approach you. Asking a cab driver would probably be a good way if that bothers you. Almost every person in Aruba who owns a car ARE cab drivers. That would be the most ridiculous drug bust ever bringing pot there lolllllllllll.

    I took some to Mexico in 2008. Damdest thing. There was a cop with a dog in the baggage area. I had it on my person and went to the bathroom and stayed for a looong time till he was gone, but that soured me on being mobile with it, cause that proved to me you just never know. This was going into Mexico? ???? Now with all the terrorist crap everything is being watched closer. AT dfw you have to go thru a puffer machine everytime and I've had to empty my pockets the last 2 times after going thru the puffer. Thanks for advice. Kat

    All the beach sports operators sell it. Just be prepared for high prices and not great quality or quantity... def easiest and safest way to get it there though.

    my ex gf used to put 1/8 (vacuum sealed obv) under each boob.

    never had a problem at any airport this way. and always arrived to destination with 1/4.

    a friend o mine used a box of pens. disassembled pens, inset joint into each and packed with other officelike bs in carryon. worked for him.

    never been to aruba tho, but i did see the 'ganga queen' documentary.

    so if i was traveling outside the us, i dont know if i'd risk it.

    The price you pay if you get caught is just can't be worth carrying it across a border. It's not even close. Even if there is only a .000001 chance of getting caught you just don't have the correct pot odds to carry.

    Quantity was fine quality was terrible. They spray it with some bullshit chemical for some reason. Maybe to get it in the country in the first place. Same with Bermuda. I am not a big fan of smoking chemicals so that def soured me.

    We got it from a local. It was the same guy that wanted to take us on a timeshare tour earlier in the day. We saw him at the resort bar later that nite and I just asked him. Aruba is cool and is very safe for the most part. But the herb quality was shitty imo.

    I picked up some bud right next to where my cruise ship docked. It was brown as shit and I rolled it up using bible paper.

    Aruba had the whitest sand I've ever seen...almost looked like snowbanks.

    Maybe I'm a bit naive, but couldn't you just pocket it on your person during the flight there? I've flown a bunch and not once have I ever seen a person be searched to where they were forced to empty their pockets or something. Just wear shorts underneath your jeans and make sure the bag is air tight and put it in your shorts pocket. I'm pretty sure the drug dogs in airports are in the back sniffing the luggage and stuff.

    Ive been there 3 times for over a week each and have NEVER been approached once. I get approached all the time in other places, so it cant be my look.
