    We've had threads about our fav NES games in the past and if I remember correctly, Dragon Warrior and all it's sequels tended to get mentioned by at least a few of you.

    I just recently discovered an MMORPG called "NEStalgia" that is an MMO that looks and feels similar to the Dragon Warrior games. You can have parties and guilds... and it's all in 8 bit glory. Best part is, it's completely free to play. (If you want to drop $9 for a year or $20 for life you have access to 4 extra character classes and a couple other things)

    I used to play Dragon Warrior for hours when I was a kid and I am loving this game. Only problem is their servers tend to be fairly laggy when they get busy and you cant transfer characters between servers. Oh well.

    This really is a fun game. If you liked Dragon Warrior, you'll like this a lot.

    dw1 is still my favorite game. i stopped playing that shit when dw7 came out and recorded how many hours you played. i logged 320 hours in one month in my freshman year of college. no thanks :)
