can do sir. i can do that. especially after i start this job for a bit. i'm going to be learning a whole lot. i can give you a quick tip right now though: when making salsa, use jalapenos to your taste for heat. grill them, and put them into a plastic container with saran wrap over the top, and let them sit until they are sweating. the skin of the jalapeno should then peel off easily. the skinless grilled pepper adds mountains of flavor to salsa. oh and be sure to use lots and lots of cilantro.
