    Unless she was pulling out an Uzi, or stabbing another girl at the time (she, uh, wasn't), he is so fucked.

    Even if it was a violation, was it THAT urgent that he had to put his hands on her? Was it that urgent that he went into the GIRL'S lockerroom?

    Possibly: she mouthed off to him that she wasn't out of code, and she had a jacket on, blah, blah, blah. His Barney Fife/hall monitor gene took over, and he lost it. Hell, I don't know.
