Have him on my OT team but still wouldn't be sad to see him out of the league. Moss and TO both have 153 td, would definitely like to see Moss retire with more.

Where is Josh Portis on the Seattle QB depth chart?
Moss and TO are tied for 2nd all time. Jerry Rice is #1 with 197
Didn't know how many Emmit has but just checked, he is #1 with 164 rushing (175 total). Only 20 players have 100 career touchdowns, Tony Gonzalez is 5 away. -

I think it was more a case of, wilson got more reps in the preseason since flynn was the assumed #1, then he showed some skill and was able to start with the #1s in the 3rd game and he continued to look good. Almost like flynn never really had many reps in the games.Originally Posted by Camz

Flynn did nothing during the preseason. It was checkdown city, and it's not like his NFL resume is outstanding.
Carroll said all along that it was an open competition between Flynn, Jackson and Wilson. He included Wilson since day one. They obviously saw something in him for them to draft him, despite already having Flynn, Jackson and Portis on the roster. The kid is special.
And it's not like the coaches are just evaluating games. They've evaluated both guys throughout camp, and Wilson laid the smackdown. On top of his brilliant play, which mixes dynamic playmaking with game management, he has shown great leadership. You've heard it from all the talking heads: whatever "it" is, he has "it". And that's the truth.
I couldn't be more excited.
