    I thought it would be a cool idea to try to run a nfl suicide pool. For those of you who do not know what it is here are the rules:
    -pick one team a week to win
    - once you pick a team you can never use them again
    -once you miss a pick you are eliminated

    Entry fee is $50 (49 +1)- The site I am using is a professional site and costs money, I am not looking to pocket anything

    pay top 5%

    If you want to enter multiple teams you can, but you would have to make separate user names on runyoupool.com

    I am hoping to get over 100 entries so the winner can get a nice pay out.

    There will be suicide pools everywhere (including p5's last year) that do not cost a fee (although $1 isn't asking for alot).. Also, who is going to hold for this pool?

    Edit: also the idea of it paying top 5% makes no sense since suicide pools by nature is whomever survives at the end splits the pool

    Doesn't everyone know what a suicide pool is? Anyway how hard is it to make an excel spread sheet or join Yahoo to do this. 1 dollar is way overpriced

    I just figured people would trust a professional site to do it rather than someone take the time to do it on a spread sheet. I don't know if you guys are being serious about 1 dollar being overpriced or not. I am in the process of trying to find someone higher up to hold the money.

    Also if everyone would rather have just one winner that's fine too

    I'd love to do one however I'd want someone legit and trustworthy to be holding for it and theres no way it should be done thru a professional site when yahoo has such an easy interface.

    I'm going to run mine again this fall, and I will be using ESPN or Yahoo or whatever, way too much shit can go wrong if you try to do it the way I did last year

    No offense OP but I think most will join the Da Vols pool. As it has been running for a bit and most are confortable to ship to him also save the fee. and I'm in for sure and I got redemption cause i fucking busted in wk 1 last yr FUCK THE CARDS

    Why let one piece of shit ruin it for everyone?? There are a bunch people I would trust to hold that don't have all the warning signs Chaz had.. its also enter at your own risk, which is why its important to me to know who is holding on any pool I am considering..

    I am in the process of trying to find someone respectable to hold the money. I have a lot of interested people and i will join up with davols pool if it is legit. I would rather have it done on a professional site than have some guy do it on a spread sheet, but thats just me

    Also, the more people that sign up the less the pool fee is. So the 1 dollar fee could only be 50 cents if we get over 100 entrants.

    I have decided to have a few people collect the money who are trustworthy. So far pocketfive mod wackyjaxon has agreed to collect money. I figure people will feel safer having a few people collect the money that way the money is diversified a little bit. I am in the process of finding one or two more. All of the bodog mid stake regs are sending it to me as I have ran 2 successful fantasy leagues so far. 6 people have joined the league so far and paid
