    I want to believe this is going to be good....but I can't name 2 horror movies i've actually enjoyed (i know alot of people to like them but i can never get into them.)

    also seeing the name Micheal Bay makes me have my doubts

    ugh, it looks like one of those "im gonna pop out and surprise you every chance I get" type movies.

    I hate those. It annoys me.

    Unfortunately, the gf loves horror movies, so I know my ass is getting dragged to this.

    JEH has become one of my favorite actors. I'd only see this bc of him. The rest looks like the the usual horror/suspense film.

    sfthis this this this. i have HIGH expectations for this movie and i have had them ever since i saw the original trailer a few months ago. looks absolutely sick.

    The orignal Nightmares are my favorite horror movie. Freddie is one of my favorite villans because of how he kills, through dreams. The horror part of the movie looks okay. I like the lightening. Obv no one is going to live up to the original Freddie's performance but its seems like he might do a good job.

    The one down fall I can feel already is 1) what an ugl group of actors lol mostly the boys the girls are average, I mean the girls are pretty but not draw dropping which is actually not a bad thing sometimes its nice to have a believable looking cast not a bunch of superstars that can afford plastic surgery to make them look like 10's. So really the one boy is so ugly it bothers me is what I was trying to say lol.

    2) The way the kids were acting was a little annoying. Like they were too I dont know the word I am looking for uppidy maybe? Like they dont seems scared enough, like they are going to fight and win or some shit. I liked it better when they had a little bit of hope but were pretty much terrifed to death in the originals.

    3) I hope its not all pop out scary becasue thats too predicatable. With Freddie your possabilites are endless since the death takes place in dreams, dreams are not limited by natural forces. hope they got creative.

    4) Wonder if they are going to elaborate more on his story? Like keep it the same him as a chld killer or if they changed it up.

    edit: Did they ever explain more about his daughter? I cant remember been years since I watched one.

    The actors are supposed to be super haggard and fucked up from no sleep as well Cez, not really sexy looking in that state.

    Movie looks good to me. Most of these horror remakes have been decent. Liked what Zombie did with Halloween.
