  1. Considering buying one of these, has anyone used/tested this yet? Any reason not to get one?

  2. It's released sunday
  3. Heard it hurts your eyes after a few minutes, and that most people play the games on extremely low 3D settings because you can adjust it.

Spost to be pretty cool though.
  4. doubt i will be buying it but would really like to use it just to see what it is like
  5. I am very intrigued by it, but have so many games I want to play on other systems that I have no time for, I doubt I will be getting this any time soon.

But I have been following all the news and reviews on it.

I can't wait to try it at Best Buy or something.
  6. I read that it takes a super long time for games to load on it.
  7. Am I the only one that haven't seen anything in 3D yet? I think one issue of Donal Duck came with blue/red glasses like 20 years ago, but that's it...

I really want to try the 3DS tho. I just spent $500 on a train set, so our toy budget is spent this month, but a friend of mine got one today, so I'm gonna try out his.
  8. Here in the U.S. it's almost impossible not to see 3D since half the movies come out that way in theaters these days. I can't wait until the Star Wars films are re-re-re-rereleased in 3D.
  9. i have not watched anything 3d in the past 10+ years.
  10. I bought a 3DS today, and my first impression is pretty good. There was some cards included that when you put them on the table let you play a shooting game where you aim by aiming the nintendo. It's very hard to explain, but it was super awesome. We got the pilotwings game, which seems pretty good, but I haven't tested it much yet.

At first I tried mid 3D settings and thought that was ok, but when I turned the 3D as low as possible without turning it completely of, then it was much clearer. The first few seconds you look at the screen, its kinda weird, but then when you start playing, you forget about it, and it feels natural. I've only played about 30 minutes or so, and I do feel more tired in my eyes than usual, but no pain/headake.

The 3D camera was also a very fun feature. The quality of the pictures are pretty much awful compared to todays standards, but when the pictures are in 3D, that is instantly forgiven.

I heard it was possible to watch 3D movies on the screen. Does anyone know where/how I do this?
