Both people in the OP are fucking retards but I mean if your a border agent how do you not defuse the situation. The Canadian dude was kind of a douche but if they arrest every guy who is a douche they must let through a million people they actually should question closer.

    I am completely fine with them saying "go back to where you came from" and not letting them into this country but they better have a reason to detain someone.

    I think what happened here is that the police had heard a lot about people's civil rights. And therefore they owned the very concept of civil rights, because they had thought about them and nobody can own your thoughts. And since they own the very concept of civil rights, they are able to change civil rights anyway they wish. So they arrested the dude. Seems fair to me.
