Am I the only one thats thinking about this ?
While all the major news channels keep talking about Michael, I want to know wtf is going to happen with North Korea. -
When Anna Nicole Smith died the news channels covered that story exclusively for about 2 months. This Michael Jackson shit won't stop until mid-2011.
-
Who cares. How do you know they even have missles?
-
WHO ARE THEY FIRING THEM AT??!
-
Nothing is going to happen with North Korea. They will just continue to develop their missile technology and build a few more nuclear warheads. Ship more weapons and nuke-making materials and technology to their friends and instigate more confrontations on all fronts.
We have little choice but to sit on our hands and hope the Chinese will keep their little pit bull from biting us or our allies. If they don't we could get pulled back into a mini-war with North Korea, and by proxy, with China.
Nobody wants that scenario to take place, especially the Chinese, but even Kim Jong knows conflict could very well spell the end of his regime at least, if not his whole country. -
Just NKs homage for the US birthday, pretty nice of them imo.
-
US media is dumb. they talk about bullshit that doesn't matter in the world but don't talk about shit that could affect people like all the wars, North korea, other random shit that i don't know of cuz the media sucks.
-
lmao, like anyone has any idea what this man really wants to do. seriously, we have no idea

ha ha, it's funny cause it's true!

Kasilof is nowhere near the worst poster on P5s. The worst poster on P5s was that guy who posted all the photos of ass and told everyone he was busto and gave his account name on FTP for donations. I don't even remember his name, but that was a lot worse than anything Kasilof has ever done. Except for the ass pics, I guess. Hmmm, I might need to rethink this...
-
it's the MEDIA! it's a business..they are reporting on what will make people watch. if they don't, people will go elsewhere and they won't make $
-
ZOMG WERE ALL GOING TO DIIIIIIIIIIIIIEEEEEEEEE!!!!!! ....sfobv they are just attention whores, move along here.
-
there's 2 koreas? wtf
-
im a pacifist, but north korea is really pissing me off lol. if the entire world gets blown to bits, its entirely their fault
-
Though I am not comfortable with North Korea having Nukes, I have never understood why the US feels the need to tell what countries can have them and which ones cannot.
Every country has the right to protect its people and to be an independent sovereign state. I realise that the people are treated poorly and that their leader is a nut job.
What gives the United States the right to enforce its rules on other countries while we ourselves have 70,000 nuclear weapons in the U.S. arsenal and are the only country to have used them?
Flame on :) -
Well its the international community along with US that pushes for countries to not develop nuclear weapons.

Also the countries that currently do have nuclear weapons are not going to use them unprovoked. The US is not going to nuke Iran because we disagree with their religious views or simply don't like with them. Whereas N. Korea or an Iran are much much much more likely to Nuke somebody.
Yes we are the only country to use them and i think we regret using them because while we knew the devastation they caused i dont think we really knew the power of them. (if that makes sense) This is why we and nobody else has used them ever since.
This is also why we tell people not have them, because we have gone through the process of actually using them. Its like an ex-addict preaching to people about not using drugs.
Thats the way i view it. -
Very good points and I really hope that is the case. Lately things just seem so shady and its hard to determine what our (the US) motives are.

well if we have 70,000 nukes sitting around lets send about 15 of them son of bitches up Kim's ass and then start the talks.
-
Kimmi's going to fire at Japan. They are well within range. No nuclear retaliation will be possible as neither China, Russia nor South Korea will approve a response. Russia especially must be careful with North Korea. Whilst the vast majority of the population is in the far west, the eastern portion is very mineral and oil rich. They cannot have this rendered radioactive for decades.
-
I would think that China would be coming down on them allot more in that they would suffer from any retaliation as well. We should just blow Kim's ass away. Leave the poor people alone IMO.
