How does he have a job still? Can we start a petition to fire him and maybe get a coach who motivates the team to play I mean the only thing worse than Norv is the lack of effort and will to win that the team has.

I'm still trying to figure out how he got hired in the first place. Also want to smile because I've called rivers overrated for years And everyone said I was crazy, but his numbers were inflated from playing with sick skill players and an easy ass division. Gates slowed by injuries and less speed + much improved Afc west ='some validity to my belief IMO.

Still absurd to say he "should have" won a super bowl. Tough to beat Peyton Brady and rapepigsburg every year no matter who your coach is.

Pretty sure with the use of google you could find dozens, maybe hundreds, of existing petitions for his firing going back to DC or possibly further.
Take notes on the redskins version since it mustve worked.

First off FUCK NORV. That beef jerky neck freddy krueger look alike is stealing oxygen from every San Diegan.

2nd thing is FUCK Marty. He was such a horrible coach in big games that they thought hiring this vanilla fuck stick, would be a upgrade. The thinking was that his highness AJ Smith had put together so much talent they just needed someone to not fuck it up. Bascially a Tony Dungy. He was at the helm of the best team we have ever had, and helped blow a lead vs NE at home. Giive the ball to LT and the game was over. Everyone brings up Marlon McCree giving back the interception that would have sealed the game, but Marty made bad decisions when it mattered. He was a helluva motivator tho.

I will have to contemplate suicide or changing teams after 34 years if they hire some retread like T Dungy or J Fisher.

Funny thing is, when that whole hiring went down I caught a ton of flack for defending Shotty on here.

As a Raider fan in SD not even a blowjob makes me smile brighter than watching these ban wagon Dolt fans head for the beach once their team turned to shit. All is right again in this world because the Chargers are once again the doormat of the AFC West.
