    Three suspects accused of chaining mentally disabled people and stealing their Social Security checks were arrested in Philadelphia.

    prosecuted a lady for burying her crippled dad under the front porch and collecting his black lung, miner's pension and social security checks for at least 8 years after the fact

    she was getting around 2500 each month for just making from her house to the post office and then to the bank
