    A cracked out lady has been screaming in the middle of the street for the last 15 minutes. Went to the window to see what was up and noticed that 15+ other windows had ppl looking down for the source of all the commotion. Couple people yelled stfu and then after that she started pounding on car that was stopped at the stop light. Then firecrackers started going off opposite her. Then she started zigzagging through the middle of the street. Couldn't see a lot of the action from my building. Minute later a local restaurant owner sprinted across the street, perhaps to break up a fight involving the lady? Idk. Firetruck just drove by, but that happens every night so idk if it's for her. Police too, but again, they're always around

    I see a crackhead homeless guy probably in his 40's almost every night when i go out to smoke a cigarette. he walks up and down the street and has an ongoing conversation with some imaginary "bitch." But he talks like DMX raps. You know how DMX just talks really loud. It has that sort of tone and cadence. So he walks up and down the street saying just random shit like "So I told the bitch no." "the bitch thinks she knows. Bitches dont know." sometimes he's speaking directly to the imaginary bitch and sometimes hes just waxing poetic about bitches in general. He's really loud too. He's not screaming but his voice is definitely raised and you can hear him from a long way away. I've watched this guy do this for years. Serious fucking case of paranoid schizophrenia.
