This is up there with hardest charges. Doesn't look that bad at full speed but the replays show the impact. Gasol hitting you at full speed can't feel good.

So the next xbox is supposed to be 6x as powerful as the 360 and be released around october 2013.
Can't wait to see what it can do, not just with games but as a media center too. -

It moved. Btw got Limbo for 360, came on 3game disc which also had Trials HD (dirt bike game). Both are addictive as shit. Bought Skyrim as well but hardly played b/c of the other 2. -

Why would I destroy my good credit? I'm paying 3% and my monthly payment is super low. Its not like the market is never going to recover... If anything I am going to buy a new house and rent this one out -

Correct me if Im wrong but I see no possible way this move would work out for TWK in the long run. If your home is foreclosed on it doesnt excuse you from the debt. Maybe every mortgage is different or maybe its different state to state, but my wife worked for a major bank firm that regularly foreclosed on houses, and when the bank takes possession then sells it for market value or below, you are responsible for the difference. Then they get a judgment put against you and any properties you own have a lean against them until you pay up. They will harass you till death for their money, take you to court, wreck your credit score, all kinds of shit. If walking away from your mortgage frees you from the debt, everyone would do it, then buy their house for pennies on the dollar when the bank does a foreclosure short sale. Anyone here do this for a living that could explain how it actually works and if it differs from state to state?Originally Posted by JRoth15

Also, the market will bottom out eventually, then it only has one direction to go. So in the long run, the market will rebound, and even if it doesn't go to the level it once was Im sure TWK and everyone else would regain their equity. Plus wrecking your credit pretty much ruins your chance of landing another mortgage loan at any reasonable rate in the future. -
