    <h2>Cops Arrest 69 Teens At Drinking party</h2>
    <span>NAPERVILLE, Ill. (Naperville Sun) ? </span>Naperville police Wednesday say 69 teens were cited or charged in connection with an underage drinking party in a vacant home.

    Youths fled the scene when police responded at 11:42 p.m. Monday to a report of numerous youths inside a home in the 2600 block of Lexington Lane, police said in a release. Inside the home, officers found several more youths in the basement in possession of alcohol, police said.

    One youth, Thang Q. Vo, 19, of 2535 Lexington Lane, Naperville, was arrested on charges of criminal damage to property, criminal trespass to residence, illegal possession of alcohol by a minor and providing illegal liquor access.

    Vo is related to the owners of the home but was not authorized to host a party, police said.

    Sixty-eight other youths between ages 15 and 20 were cited at the scene on charges relating to criminal trespass and alcohol consumption or presence restriction, police said. Several youths also received citations for obstructing police, possession of cannabis, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

    Eight of those cited were juveniles. One juvenile, a 16-year-old Naperville girl, was found unconscious inside the home and was transported to Edward Hospital by Naperville Fire Department paramedics for treatment, police said.

    Police issued 130 total citations. Most of the youths were from Naperville, Aurora, and several other surrounding communities, police said.

    did 70 cops storm the party? kids don't know how to run away anymore? "oh crap it's the fuzz!" "Freeze!" "ok. damn we're busted!"???

    lol, my junior year of HS, on holloween we had a party at this girls house, but like 400 people showed up, and it spilled over into this park, the cops showed up in full force, and we all scattered, and NOONE got caught... it was sfsweet... i knew a few escape routes from that park, so i ran to my freinds house, and we drank a beer on the roof and watched the cops sit there and scratch thier heads at how they didnt catch anyone...

    69 people ata party really isnt that many. i do like how they used a vacant house though.

    I was at a party once at some park by a creek in a little town, cops showed up and about 100 of us just headed everywhich direction.

    I was leading a pack of us heading to the east in the pitch dark, not knowing where we were going and I ran smack dab into a barbed wire fence and flipped over it. I dented the ground with my head pretty good too!

    We did get away however

    Quick story - party freshman year of college - Cops come and break party up, grab a few of the guys that were with us - One dude decides to run, cop turns to run after him and slams right into a tree and gets knocked out, they caught buddy and he got charged with assault and a few other things, cost him a shit load of money with court cost and attorney cost..... Sucked

    I once had a party with around 50 people when I lived with my grandmom. She was home and came down and draged me out by my ear. She told me to tell everyone to go home. I obv didn't and she called the cops on me... good times...

    How many cops does it take to hand out 130 citations? Dont these guys have anything better to do than bust a bunch of teenagers. I would sure hope so.

    seriously.. how do that many get arrested.

    I was at plenty of party where the cops raided and I never once got arrested. Most of the times, we ran out of the house and hid, then came back to party once they left.

    Those kids suck at partying.

    In high school, one of my buddies was out of town with his folks. We get the call that he was coming back early and to get a party together at his house. We scoop 2 kegs and put the word out and go to his house.

    We have 2 kegs and about 70 people standing outside of his house. He got caught up and hadn't got back yet and both taps we had were disfucntional, no one was drinking. Sheriffs show up and block off the exits, so no cars could get out. It was in the country, so nowhere you could run to. We all stand there, not thinking we could get into trouble, since no one was drinking. They take all over our id's and sit there and write us all minor in possession tickets.

    All of us went to the Justice of the Peace and plead not guilty. Not wanting to try 70 ish cases, they throw out all charges if we agree to do 10 hours community service.

    The guy's house we were at shows up while we are getting our tickets written and told the officers he didn't know why we were at his house and that he didn't expect to even be coming back to town that night.

    I've also been to a couple parties at house up for rent that were vacant in high school. Elbows and assholes was all the police saw when they came to bust those.
