Probably accurate but I will be skeptical of Cincy regardless since there's no way they have the mental stability to win the super bowl yet. The first sniff of the playoffs will probably make someone go on a drinking/driving/drug/crime victory spree. But this point is all that matters I suppose... San Diego is the cutoff on talent.
