What's your new years resolution, and on a scale of 1-10, how serious are you about keeping it?
1) lose my gut -10
2) quit smoking - 5
3) stop drinking so much caffeine-8
4) play more sports - 10

Not really a new years resolution but more of a work in progress is to lose some weight.
Already quit smoking.
Maybe to be better with my money and buy a house? -
Run EVERY single day this year 365 days at least 2 miles -- 6
Step my game up and ride my my bike or swim at least every other day - 8
In March -August, one long run of 10+ miles or 40+ mile bike ride EVERY weekend
Actually cook at least one full meal every week and sit at a table to eat instead of in front of the damn TV watching sports -- 10
Try to get into reading a book, 20 minutes a day - 4
Talk to my parents/siblings once every other day instead of once/week - 9
Cut back on candy (has always been my nemesis) - 10
Try out being a vegetarian - 2.

That sounds awful.

Cook more I guess is a good one. I have been cooking every single day for about a month now and I think the habit has been formed. I need to keep with it now.

50 a day is a great goal but you are overtraining imo. PM BigEarn about that idea. I think 50 a day Mon-Fri might be better for you.

I really need to quit smoking, I usually only do it when I drink though but I want to cut it out completely. Need to work out more and lose a few pounds since I'm getting married soon now, too

Going to try and cut my fast food intake in half. I give this an 8 out of 10 on the doable scale. There are times on road trips where it's almost unavoidable.

Also going to drink more water than soda. This is pretty easy when there is only water in the fridge. I just gotta talk everyone else in the house out of drinking yummy flavorful stuff and I'll be alright.
