-
Fun game so far! Dallas can't hit every 3 all 2nd half and they can't score any other way it seems. Gooooooo!
-
Well that was silly as hell chauncy
-
Time for melo to pass, missed last 6. It's probably tiring making so many shots. Focus people, time for a run imo.
-
Denver -9 and over 213.5 is looking good :)
-
After melo had a break he came in and hit that siiiiick 3. Told ya he was tired lol.
-
Nicee that will be an awesome series, always like the Nugs (hate the coach tho)
-
Nowitzki made it tough the last two games, he is one of the players I respect the most in the league. Go rockets? Lol.

dude has/had/keeps returning from cancer and so did/does his son. I wasn't sure he had it either but after the trade for billups things fit his program and style better so I was wrong. If he was currently fighting cancer again he might not be as focused but you have to be happy for him because of it. He has mellowed a lot over the years.
-
Yeah thats true, I jus don't like his overall philosophy of years past; run as fast as you can, jack up as many shots as possible all O no D, although I know things have changed since CB got there....my point is kind of void I guess. I'm just not sure how people think guys like Don Nelson and Mike Dantoni will ever win anything (and they haven't) playing with no defense. Look I know what Don has done for the game but I don't agree with his methods. Win a lot of reg seasons games, never go deep in April/May. I mean isn't it apparent by now no coaching style like that will ever win a championship? Guess not.

NUGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
-
Nuggs were just in total control the entire game, never could rly pull a dominant lead, but this was never really in question after the early 2nd half run by the mavs was halted.
-
Sure miss Chauncey, GL to you guys.
-
congrats to the nuggets
i just hope the birdman makes that much of a difference, because lately i havent seen the "this nuggets play great defense" thingy , that everyone says lately -
Man, QFT...

Billup's interview after the game says it all. No time to celebrate, they're not done yet. Hope the rest of the nugs feel the same.

you guys better read the new article on how to guard Kobe... which is pretty much you don't
-
is that the "let him have 45-50 and see if anyone else hits open shots strategy"? Also known as the Jordan strategy before he got a supporting cast. I got a signed copy..... Should be a great series. If you beat the rockets heh heh.

If the Lakers beat Houston, I am certain that Kobe will get his points. The key will be the Nuggets team defense.
-
Ftr Denver was one of the best road teams all year except vs lakers or Houston. 1-4 vs both of them. I think they are much better now as a team though. They sometimes have a mental block vs the lakers but the last win the nuggs had vs them may have helped there. Plus they got to the conference finals, how much more confidence do you need? So there's that. I think they have a legit 50-50 chance.
-
If you can keep Kobe out of the paint and get a hand in his face behind the 3-point line, Kobe is semi-mortal. Dahntay Jones is a good defender and if the refs let him play Kobe and he stays out of foul trouble, we have a legitimate shot. Nene and the Birdman are going to have trouble covering the big men of the Lakers, but if Carmelo can step up with some rebounds, I really think we are the better team. It's been fun so far but there is still a lot more work to do.
