The competition runs from Feb 1 through Feb 28. Only tournaments which STARTED in this time frame will count (tournament starting at 11:59pm on Feb 28 will count). Please note, the time will be determined with EASTERN STANDARD TIME.
Hopefully we can get a mod to sticky this and keep it up all month.
This is just a thread in which people can help me with the scoring by posting results when they do well. Entrants, buy in, and place finished are the critical data 'm looking for. If you choose not to post anything in here, that's fine. It's not mandatory. It's just helpful for everyone... as I wont be sifting through 70ish people's PokerDbs every other day to update scores.
You also can use this site to talk trash to other teams, brag about your team, or just anything general. Remember, this competition is for fun. So let's keep it civil while we mock each other, bash them for their terribleness (LOLZ CLEE .. WAY TO BLOW A 2.5:1 LEAD OVER THE 2ND STACK WITH 6 TO GO), and make fun of their terrible luck.
PLEASE READ!
I hve been asked multiple times, and I will now clarify one final time. The requirements for a tourney to be counted towards the competition has been the following:
1. Not be a SNG nor Satty
2. Have 100+ entrants
3. Be on stars, FTP, Bodog, or UB
4. Be tracked on Pokerdb
There is NOT A SINGLE EXCEPTION to this criteria. No, absolute does not count because "it's essentially UB". It must be on one of those four sites. It must also be tracked by PokerDb. It has been told that PokerDb has not been recording UB tournies for some time now. This is your advanced warning of this. IF POKERDB DOESNT HAVE IT TRACKED, IT WILL NOT BE COUNTED. NO EXCEPTIONS. If you played a 10000 person tourney on UB and get first, yet it doesnt show up on PokerDb, it will NOT be counted. You now have advanced knowledge of this problem. Its your risk to play there. I simply will not alter the rules this late, and there will be ZERO exceptions. I dont care if you have a screen shot of the lobby. NO EXCEPTIONS.
I'll do my best to keep the scoring sheet updated somewhat throughout the competition. Do not be surprised if it takes a few days after the competition ends for the final results to be official though.
Best of luck everyone!

Ok. First update is complete.
FouTight and Tsxxx, you both reorted scores which fell outside of the brackett for which you are participating, and thus will not be credited with those scores.
Tsxxx, if you could ALWAYS report your scores the way you did, it'd make life easier for me. If you could tell everyone else how you got your scores that way, that'd be ever better. It wa nothing but a simple c/p for me and made it super simple. Thank you -
can we pleasssse get a sticky?

sorry but what are the rules to this. i see people posting scores and what not but arent we just supposed to be keeping track of final tables? i was thinking that its top 7 scores per low stakes player in the month of feb. So why would anyone post a score from a tourney that they finish out of the final table?????
ive got some cashes tonight but only 1 final table so im confused as whether or not i should post the other scores. also if i cash at ft or win a tourney at ft or on some site that dont send congrat emails what do i do. thanks in advance
Edit: im drunk as hell but ill still be wondering about this tomorrow -
Its top 10 plb scores for everyone. There are an unlimited # of FTs allowed. People are posting any scores right now, because they need to get at least 10. Once they get 11, the lowest will be dropped, and so on and so forth
