I was going to vote for Ron Paul. But just to spite Dyzalot and his refusing to vote, I am not voting for Ron Paul and instead will vote for Rick Santorum. And yes it's all for spite. There was even something endearing about Paul's lapses into senior-moment incoherence, as when he answered a question on immigration by holding, among several other mini-positions that were layered on top of his main argument, that our present border policies keep out a lot of enthusiastic tourists and other beneficial foreign visitors. The fact that he had so many ideas at once and couldn't decide in just what order to state them implied that he was thinking while he spoke, not just shuffling mental three-by-five cards.

It's pretty funny that when asked what the biggest misconception about them is and Paul responded with:
"That I can't win." He probably didn't realize that some of his own supporters are feeding the misconception.

I have yet to see any evidence that Paul will not be an option.

You'll probably retort with a "it's rigged" opinion, and tbh that's why I didn't vote in the last election. However, I've decided that the upside to voting in the hopes that it's not rigged is much better than not voting in the thought that it might be.

Side note: I'm pretty devastated that there are no more debates because I thought Romney was getting pretty close to either punching Santorum or at least dropping an F bomb on him.
