It is the first time since I started working that I've taken the Monday after off. I'm really looking forward to not having to get up for work the next day.

  26. noodles?

  27. bitches love noodles
  28. Carolina Pulled Pork

Stuffed mushrooms caps with spinach and blue cheese

and probably some other stuff this is all ive got so far.
  29. Italian Beef recipe:

    Chuck roast - 4-5lb
    dry italian dressing mix packet
jar of garlic and dill pepperoncinis
    white or yellow onion.
    beef broth
    provolone or mozz cheese
some kind of crusty bread. french bread works best

    prep:

-chop onion and place half at the bottom of crockpot with some beef broth
-season both sides of the roast with italian dressing mix. add salt/pepper if you feel necessary
    -place roast in crockpot
-pour in half the juice from pepperoncinis and all of the peppers
-throw in rest of chopped onions
-pour in enough beef stock for liquid to be almost level with the roast

leave the crockpot on high for an hour then lower for 6-7hrs

For a lot of people you can use 2-3 roasts totaling 8-12 pounds. Adjust the rest of the ingredients as need be.
