Not sure exactly, getting together with 10 or so buddies, throwing in 20 bucks each and hitting up the grocery store and grabbing whatever then cooking it up. Probably most of the standard stuff, pizza, wings, snacks etc.

Italian Beef recipe:
Chuck roast - 4-5lb
dry italian dressing mix packet
jar of garlic and dill pepperoncinis
white or yellow onion.
beef broth
provolone or mozz cheese
some kind of crusty bread. french bread works best
prep:
-chop onion and place half at the bottom of crockpot with some beef broth
-season both sides of the roast with italian dressing mix. add salt/pepper if you feel necessary
-place roast in crockpot
-pour in half the juice from pepperoncinis and all of the peppers
-throw in rest of chopped onions
-pour in enough beef stock for liquid to be almost level with the roast
leave the crockpot on high for an hour then lower for 6-7hrs
For a lot of people you can use 2-3 roasts totaling 8-12 pounds. Adjust the rest of the ingredients as need be.
