    They barely showed any of the decathlon. Pretty shitty but our guy got injured in the long jump so there was no british interest. It was all about Bolt here last night.

    Anyone else watching the soccer final today? Brazil has looked really impressive, but Mexico, and particularly Giovani Dos Santos (my single most irrational love in all of sports), are the one team in the world that look better for their national team than they do for their clubs. Gio is buried at Spurs, but put a green shirt on him and he's one of the best players in the world. His genius for El Tri alone gives them a shot today, and I hope they make things interesting...

    Mexico played great. Not starting Hulk (and wtf, how did Ganso play 40 minutes in 6 matches???) is gonna cost Menezes his job. He was the best player on the pitch, save maybe Reyes in the Mexican D. When Rafael and Juan Jesus started shoving each other, it became pretty obvious that those guys aren't going to be on the World Cup roster either.

    Congrats to El Tri, and, for the love of everything right in the world, could someone please buy Giovani Dos Santos and put him somewhere he can play every day. Spurs is murdering his career. (I know he's culpable, but still)
