    Can't wait to see this, but I think it's laughable that people are saying Saw and Hostel are the epitomes of sick and twisted movies. Try watching Salo, Cannibal Holocaust, the Ilsa movies, any Miike movie, or alot of newer French horror such as Inside. Saw and Hostel are kids movies compared to those.

    Ummmm...this is absolutely not the case. I'm basing this more off buzz than the trailer, but this movie sounds like it's on a totally different level than Hostile and Saw. In terms of EVERYTHING.

    apparently the financial collapse is not as bad as we have heard if projects like this can get greenlighted.

    I would have loved to be in the meeting where they pitched this to the money people.

    Yes b/c a 2.5 million dollar movie is going to sink a studio. This is an independent project from Tom Six, he privately funded this movie and from everything I've heard, it's going to make it's budget back tenfold.
