    Ok so I don't know what to be and its crunch time. I don't want to spend money on a costume, so what are some good household items or cheap items I can buy to make a sweet costume..

    It's too late to do what I did, but I made this...



    out of paper mache (flour, water, and a bit of cinnamon to mitigate the smell), a kickball, acrylic paint, a dollar worth of felt, sticky mesh, and a styrofoam cone. Gonna rock it with a suit Saturday night, should be pretty awesome. Also imagine I won't be paying for any fast food that night...

    Chilean miners, Antoine Dodson, and Kenny Powers will be overplayed and everywhere.

    Hit up Goodwill/Value Village/ non-militant wing of the Salvation Army type places and see what you can do. Two friends last year got jumpsuits and cheap shitty aviators and went as Maverick and Goose for like $15 each.

    My friend went as Chef from South Park one year. He just made the whole costume out of construction paper on posterboard which fits perfectly with the poor animation, and after the five bucks the costume cost him, he spent like $15 more making chocolate salty balls to distribute to the ladies. I like the construction paper cheap costume idea to make yourself a cartoon figure.
