I really think you should just take my first 5 picks from my email and base my week 2 off of that. I sent the same exact email to both emails so I shouldnt have to take a zero again. It was mad late and i was out of it i just randomly remembered about the contest so was trying to get my picks in all my other pick em contests are 6 team pickers so I sent 6 by accident. If you dont wanna fix my record i think you should ship my money back then cause im not starting 2 weeks behind. Yes first week was my fault but had a lot going on and wasnt near a computer and this was honestly last thing on my mind. I made an effort to get the picks in but sorry it slipped my mind till saturday night.

In other contests, if someone fails to submit their picks they usually get the five biggest favorites. If they submit 6, I'd just ignore their last one...

if anyone sent in 6 on time, id probably take the first five or the worst five and give a score.
however, these picks were sent in 15 hours after the deadline and should receive a zero for that alone.
still, i replied and said if he cut them down to 5 before kickoff, it'd be fine.
so, this is a zero.

if enough people chime in and say give him 2 points, then i'll consider it, but for me, it's done.

yea I'm just a pushover and he deserves zero points...my way of avoiding the conflict would just be to say "fuck it, have your two points" and move on. I definitely agree that he doesn't deserve any points. Rules are rules.

Well didnt realize the picks needed to be sent in a whole day before they started lol. Im sure it says it somewhere in the 12 page thread but like i said it was late and i just remembered to do it. Pretty unrealistic that you cant just take my last pick off and use my first 5 picks its really not that hard to do and i dont think anyones going to care since il be 2-8 if thats all i would have got is 2/5.

im sure you want your money back. anyone would. but that has a 0% chance of happening, so make your picks, or dont make your picks. it's really not my fault or anyone else's fault that you couldnt make your picks on time in a contest for which you willingly paid $100.

I suppose if the attitude was "sorry boys, I fucked up," then I'd have no problem with saying "Ok, you get your first 5 picks but from now on you have absolutely zero leeway and if your picks are even 1.7 seconds late you get nothing."

But the attitude seems to be "Even though my picks are 183 hours late for week one, and even though every other member of the contest has had all their picks in on time twice, it's not fair that I didn't understand the clearly posted rules even though I never asked for any clarification until something like 48 hours after the week 2 deadline, and now I'm gonna be a total dick about it even though it's pretty clear I fucked up," then, well, GTFO.

Man up. Try (challenging, I know) to be less of a dick. And look at it on the bright side. With zero points from two weeks, you're only one point behind jcohen...

wheres my attitude in any of my posts about this? I never once got an attitude I realized i fucked up but i also explained why i fucked up. I was never trying to get any picks for week 1 i missed it I was in CT visiting my grandfather in week 1 cause he has stage 4 lung cancer and me being able to see him before he doesnt know who I am was more important then finding a computer for the picks that werent even close to on my mind.

And then the next week I sent my picks in 6 hrs late. Sunday morning at 2 am. Didnt realize they needed to be in before 8pm on sat. I was just getting home from being out and it just popped in my head about the contest. Every other pick contest I do is 6 picks so i sent 6 by accident. I never once got an attitude i calmly explained why i missed just like i just did AGAIN but because my name is Bawsten I got an attitude and cocky with it I guess in your understanding of my posts.

Never once got an attitude but if you cant logically take the first 5 picks from an identical email bcecause of that then thats just buddha to me. Specially me being a week behind as it is, youre just trying to say oh well donate your money and now you have no chance. Not ok with me really. Its not like I can change my picks or got an advantage i sent them in 6 hrs late, and you even said you would have accepted them under different circumstances.
