Not that I don't think they'll win it all, but the Packers are eerily similar to that Vikings team w randall and moss etc. that was all offense and no defense. Teams with super high powered offense, but no defense never fair well in the playoffs because if their offense misses a beat or they get shut down they are susceptible to an upset. I'm not saying it will happen, but I don't think they are as prohibitive of favorites as the rest of the nfl fan base seem to think. 49ers and Saint will be a hell of a round 2 match up if they get there, and the winner of that game could definitely shock the world and beat Green Bay.

I think its hilarious that last year's GB defense was considered top 5 in the league and this year they give up a ton of yards b/c of opponents being down 2+ scores. Truly hilarious how stat-focused everyone is when they are #1 in takeaways while the only truly defense stat analysts and nubz focus on is yds against, lulz. The GB de has 2 of the best playmakers in the business, see it in real time folks.
There are just a ton of other factors that make people forget (i.e. Finley along with other key injuries last year, multiple now-accomplished offensive threats, who was this white guy Jordie last year?, etc etc.) -

cool movie, just such short-term thinkers all year regarding GB, gets a 'lil tilting when they have the same de squad minus cullen jenkins (which has probably been a major impact, no?)

Green Bay is 12th in points allowed, way more important than yards.
Also Scotty Brewer is basically just a dumber, less creative version of Resilient when it comes to homerism.
Also if the Saints homers could let me know what sort of LL odds they want on the Saints versus Packers I'd love to know. Ditto for 49ers homers. -
"Gone are the days of the drop-back quarterback who can only throw the ball," Newton said. "You know the new iPhone? It's faster, more powerful and smarter. It's revolutionary. Why can't the quarterback be like that? Why can't you be a big, tall, fast, quick, strong, smart, mobile quarterback who's unstoppable?"
