    I mean the Eagles do have the 2nd worst turnover differential in the NFL. Their point differential is -19 to the Jets +6, the Jaguars -18, Dolphins -1 and the Vikes +11.

    Point differential and turnover margin goes into almost everyone's power ratings(bettors), however using just this year there is an insufficient sample. He is actually on the right track, just not enough observations yet.

    Agree with the observations part. Its hard this early in the year and every team has question marks

    Will Pittsburgh get a running game?
    Will Vick stop turning the ball over?
    Which Dallas team is real, the one who played the Giants or the Seahawks?
    Will Peyton get "it" back
    NE has a tough slate in its next few games, will they sink or swim?

    I get that TB is a young team, but if Freeman gags it again don't they have to bench him? Also, the fact that the Vikings comfortably beat the Niners was very very surprising to me.

    A part of me thinks that game was nothing more than the 9ers taking a team for granted. Probably good to get that "wake the fuck up" loss out of the way in week 3

    It's hard to look at the schedule and not see how New England comes away with less than 11 wins. They literally could not have an easier schedule this year.

    is it really that easy? I mean im not going to call it hard but buffalo twice isn't a walk in the park, the jets play the pats tough usually. Outside the division they play denver, AT seattle, houston, san fran, jags and @ ST. louis. Obviously it's not a murderers row, but not a cake walk either

    Really hard to see the Pats losing this year to Jets (minus Revis) and Dolphins. Have to give them Jags and Indy too

    At worst you are saying 1-2 there

    Worst case scenario is they split in St Louis and Seattle. I find it unfathomable that they get swept by the whole NFC West.

    Then a split with Buffalo (once again worst case- and I"ll be honest i see no way they drop 3 in a row so I think they win on the road there)

    In that dumpster fire of a scenario they get 10 wins. SO yeah- I"m pretty much taking the Pats for 11 wins versus anyone that wants that money

    That seems fair. I think they finish with 8 or 9 wins. But I'll be honest dude- I think they are in some trouble this year. It's at that point where you can't just say "if their D gets healthy" that shit's chronic at this point

    Stop being mean to them, guys! If we hurt their feelings they might stop and then what would we have for entertainment on a Tuesday morning?

    I vote amartin for official OT power rankings supervisor. He's got a little NYG homer bias, but aside from that he seems pretty solid with his rankings and his capping so far.

    MJO - thanks. I'm obv partial to my team, but try not to let it cloud my judgement when I pick games or make rankings. I think I'd be good as the guy who did the comments section, I watch parts of almost every game in an effort to educate myself as far as betting goes and always watch the replays of the games on nfl network. Jaybone being the ringleader of the thread is great for me tho and I like the way we handled it last week.
