  1. Does anyone know how many hours the entire set is? I assume it isnt 12 dvds of 1 hour work outs right? I would have bumped an old thread, but it was closed.

  5. Insanity first, then P90x, im at week 4 outta 9 for insanity and it is pretty brutal for cardio stuff. Lets you cut weight, get fit so you can get more outta p90x
