Bonfire pit for cookouts or relaxing on a chilly evening! Good, safe area, parking, quiet, peaceful. 20 min to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge or Sevierville.

Yeah but getting the chance to live in a Llama habitat is like winning the fkn lottery to the avg. Tennesseean. Most would pay that amount for 6'x6' empty barn space.

$450 a month will literally get you a closet (10' x10') Here in NYC.

And your going to be sharing all other living spaces with at least one other person... in a studio apartment, above a known crack den... with some korean prostitues living next door... If your lucky that is...
