    because if it was a triple decker, then that would mean a regular PB&J was a double decker

    You cant use the cheeseburger logic. This is a different animal we're tackling. It IS a triple-decker, and as CMC said, it just is. Google triple-decker PB&J and you'll see the light.

    Also, and most convincingly, in middle school the menu listed triple-decker PB&J's on Fridays. When I ordered this said delight, it came with three slices of wholesome bread.
