These guys should of posted in the OT confessions thread
  2. Holy shit read the grand jury indictment. Or don't. I wish I didn't. So graphic and disturbing.

The worst part is that Sandusky is the founder of Second Mile... my mind is just so fucked.

If Tim Curley was *really* told of what happened in detail and he didn't report it, then he should fry. Big time. And that scum Sandusky should should never see the light of day again.
  3. this makes me sad for the young people who were hurt

    and

    this makes me very angry
  4. just wow

    that indictment is very damning

imagine this guy was really close to being the head coach if joe pa retired before this time

either this guy is really guilty or he is the victim of an incredibly well thought out and executed conspiracy

can't believe that the ad didn't call the cops

bet he wishes he had now

  7. The guy is DEFINITELY a pedo. There's absolutely zero doubt about that. He should go to jail for the rest of his life, end of story.

The question is -- what did Curley know and was that enough to require him to call law enforcement. He's claiming he knew that "something inappropriate" went down and that he told him to GTFO of the facilities and don't come back. If, instead, he knew that Sandusky was literally raping kids and didn't say anything, ESPECIALLY since he was running a children's charity, then he should fry.

The latter seems SOOOOOOOO unlikely though. It just doesn't make sense. He wasn't a coach anymore for a few years at that point and the university did not have much of a reason to protect him. I mean why? To save the embarrassment of a former coach turning into a huge pedo? Doesn't seem strong enough of a motive to cover up child rape... which everyone involved would know is unbelievably serious.

Seems more like a massive failure of execution, curiosity, and due diligence, but I guess we'll find out soon.

  8. So, Tim Curley would be Jack Horner; and that would make JoPa The Colonel, I guess?
  9. So fucking fucked up. Rot in hell sandusky holy shit
     1
  10. hope they fry his ass
  11. why was this guy still allowed access to the program after an eye witness saw him w/ a kid in 2002?!
     2
  12. Didn't Paterno know about this? I think I read he reported it to Curley...and if that's all he did after Curley did nothing than he is forever done is my book and my childhood memories and everything PSU related is done, I couldnt support them anymore
  13. sickening

WHEN reading these accounts it's almost like these pedo's can't help themselves. It's like they know it's wrong but do it anyways. shit's wicked fucked up

I agree For him to be innocent of this would require incredible effort and execution on the part of the people out to get him

and something I thought I had put in the first reply: Joe Pa, why didn't you call the police?

all he had to do was make ONE phone call to the police and his responsibility in this matter was concluded

you are underestimating the bad press and blowback on PSU from it being this guy. He was the right hand man, the next in line for a while. Having him exposed as a predator definitely -ev for the lions
  16. nephew was molested by a guy that was picked to run children's activities for this medival festival in western PA. guy was a convicted molester from OHIO. things have changed now(megan's law) but even ten years ago it is amazing what states dont tell other states.

My biggest question is how did it take so long to catch this guy??? looks like hes being abusing kids nonstop or 15 years
  17. jesus christ.

reading that made me sick. fucking animal.

    U went to psu right?

  20. good thing we have reporting laws to prevent this sort of thing.
  21. FYI I also think that Curley and Spanier should step down immediately.

JoePa did what he should have done and reported what another person had seen to his superior. The guy wasn't working for JoePa or w/ the football team in any way. That was the end of JoePa's involvement and knowledge -- telling the AD and the school that a graduate assistant needs to talk to them about a emeritus university employee. It was on them to investigate. They should be gone today for being incompetent at best, and get locked up for being accessories at worst.

the deputy state prosecutor handling the case said that Paterno did the right thing, and handled himself appropriately in 2002 and during the three-year investigation that ended Friday.

Yes, and I don't know what part of 'he should be fired today' and 'depending on what they determine he knew, he should go to jail for a long time' is confusing to you.
  22. RS is soft on child molesters.

    GG political career.
  23. lolll

if only i had political ambitions.

Well, according to the grand jury, multiple eye-witnesses reported to Curley that they witnessed dude engaged in sexual activities in the showers with boys around the age of 10 years old. If this is the case, then it seems surreal that he would not contact law enforcement, unless of course he had some sort of vested interest in protecting the reputation of the university and the athletic dept........

Of course, it's much more likely that a "massive failure of execution, curiosity, and due diligence" occurred after learning that a coarch was engaged in anal sex with a 10 year old child.

  25. Wow reading that grand jury report is incredibly damning and sickening. Unbelievable this guy apparently got away with this for so long, with 8 alleged victims (who knows how many more there really were) plus 2 different eye witnesses (grad student and janitor), there's no way in my mind he's not guilty.

    Questions:

Grad student reported incident to Joe Pa and apparently Curley, why didn't he go to police immediately? Why go through the school administration?

Why is it on Curley to report it to the police? He definitely should have and there does seem to be some cover up that he should pay for if there was, but why does it fall on him and not grad student / Joe Pa?

Where is Sandusky's wife in all of this? Is it possible she didn't know all this was going on right under her roof?
  26. This POS needs to get put away for the rest of his miserable, unnatural life, which wouldn't last overlong if I made the call.

Banging ten-year olds? If only he could be used as the equivalent of a heavy bag, for just a little while.
  27. wow. gg.
