Hi guys. here I, and everyone else can post the latest game they beat, what difficulty mode, and what they think of the game.
should be fun. Everyone list your last two games with a small review then post what your next game will be. I only play games one time, and on the hardest difficulty setting, except online games of course lol
. Deus Ex: Human Revolution
Difficulty Deus Ex Mode
I will have to give this game about a 7 out of 10. game challenge even on the hardest mode was easy. Some of the boss fights can be harder one in particular
if you make a certain choice in the game, but nothing crazy. decent story, bad graphics though for the year it came out. diff worth playing.
The Witcher 2
Difficulty Dark Mode.
This is a great game with a really good story I will give it a 9.5 out of 10. Game challenge is fair on dark mode can take some time to figure out certain strategy's but worth it. A must play imo
Next game is Rage, and Max Payne 3 waiting on their arrivals. -
Deadspace 1 - normal diff
7.5/10 - great game and downright scary at times but things got tedious and shoulda been better enemy variety (will be getting 2 soon)
Bioshock2 - medium diff pretty sure
9/10 (nothing gets a ten so this is max essentially) great story, scenery and left me starving for Infinite. if you have never played the series start with 1 and
try to have first two done for when third comes out. A must for anyone who likes shooter/rpg/underwater cities
just got me1 since I finally got xbox and am in the middle of the below
GTAIV
Uncharted2
Skyrim
AC 1 - this is the second time I have bought this game and just cant get into it
Fallout New Vegas -
Ya i beat dead space, was a cool game and diff creepy. I guess ME1 is mass effect? that series is amazing. Also played uncharted along time ago have not played 2 or 3 yet though. and haven't played any of Bioshock yet

Yeah...i am an old school turn based RPG nerd. Think Final Fantasy and Dragon Quest geek.
I am in the process of doing short reviews on all the RPG's i have beat in my life....from the first Zelda to the most recent Dragon Quest. I have probably at around 25 total games right now. I did not play any for 15 years and just got back into it in the last 3 years.
The game i am currently playing is Final Fantasy IV for the DS(originally FF 2 on the super nintendo). This is a solid game and i am at 35 hours so far. I am really close to winning..probably take me 40-45 total hours. I am really into the class/job system games tho like FF Tactics.
Anyway...i will make a future RPG thread -

guy is trying to play through every rpg on pc ever, read about it awhile ago but never checked blog -
uncharted 3 - normal difficulty - 8.5/10
For people familiar with Uncharted 1,2, I'd say it was probably less fun than Uncharted 2, but still a great game. Felt the game started off really slow. took a few hours at least before I felt it got going, but once it did, it definitely made up for it and progressively got better and better. felt the overall story and feel of the game didnt really get me into it as much as the 2nd which I thought was a masterpiece. Searching for shangri la allowed the game to go to some cool places with some really nice graphics -
Crysis 1 - bought a few games during the Steam summer sale. Had to try Crysis due to all the graphic hype it has even being a few years old. It was a standard FPS, this one has a special suit you wear that has 5-6 diff abilities depending on the situation (stealth, speed, strength, armor, bullet pen).
Its easy to switch between abilities, press the mouse wheel and point to the corresponding power on the screen. You have a secondary bar below your health, think 'mana' for simple terms. Honestly only used strength, speed when moving between blocks of enemies ( the game is extremely scripted) and armor.
Graphics - Ridiculous. Since the game is a few years old if you have a decent pc you owe it to yourself to try it out just for this alone. Its a forest type setting most of the game and everything is awesome. Very little slowdown even during huge firefights.
Gameplay was fun, nothing innovative or new, standard shooter vs Koreans/aliens. But it doesn't really do anything wrong so it was a fluid play through. Overall 8/10.
Working on Crysis 2 and Bioshock 1 right now -
once poker ruined poker for me, i rediscovered video games
-
like i wish i could enjoy video games like i used to, but i just find myself drinking alone listening to katy perry instead
-
it's been awhile since I've played a video game other than guitar hero. Last I remember was Diddy Kong.
Diddy Kong (N64):
Difficulty mode: levels with coins
I give it a 9.5/10. My only complaint is how awful racing with the hover craft is. Honestly controlling the hover craft is one of the more frustrating things I've experienced. I've found Tip Tup to be the best handler of the hover craft but still he just barely gets a passing grade. Racing that fucking squid at the end of the one world is so annoying and easily the toughest part of the game.
I also think they should be more generous with the on-ground turbos for when you're flying a plane. Sometimes you are sure you fly right on top of the turbo and they don't give it to you and you went out of your way.
Other than that everything is perfect. Game plays great for multiplayer as well as individual. For a more challenging time take one of the bad characters like the crocodile. Pipsy, Diddy, and Tip Tup are the best characters and makes it easier using them. -
what do you plan to play next, mw24?
-
last new MW3 maps got released today....LOVE there is going to be a actual zombie campaign in black ops 2
-
zombie campaign? durrr?
not even really looking forward to it but ill be buying, just a question of ps3 vs. xbox -
i just got back into gaming and beat 1 and 2...and and in the first few hours of 3...my thoughts match your review exactly...started off real slow...was cool at first but then was taken to the extreme...gimme some action! 2 was amazing

playing sleeping dogs right now, pretty sure i'm about 90% done. Game is very fun, it starts off slow with a lot of just mashing the square button in street brawls but it gets a lot funner as you unlock different moves and get guns and what not, it's essentially grand theft auto with kung fu and a decent story line
9/10 -

NCAA 12, Heisman difficulty.
8/10
Can't really compare to other football games (alongside Madden 12, this is the first football game I've owned since NCAA Gamebreaker 2000 for original Playstation...chew on that, yung'uns) but it rapes the hell out of Madden 12. I wish recruiting in Dynasty mode were a bit more realistic or at least less mechanical, and I wish the game allowed for a bit more dynamism (for instance, the SEC is still the sole A+ prestige conference despite not having won a national championship in 16 seasons) but it has an A+ addictiveness quotient. -
final fantasy VII is the greatest video game of all time
i give it an infinity/10, i've played through the whole thing maybe 6 or 7 times, im currently going through it again, never gets old -
Sepiroth is a fag. not that theres anything wrong with that

Edited By: TheWacoKidd Sep 6th, 2012 at 04:32 PM13 is wayyy better and they fixed the stuff like changing prestige. it's a rolling average score of the top 5 ranked teams in each conference, changes every weekOriginally Posted by Lord Supremo

if you play on xbox and aren't in our dynasties, you are doing it wrong. -
My friend made 1100 last month selling weapons and armor on D 3
