  13. siiick photos, in the very first picture you can see the highrise that i worked on for all last summer. its the building with the 2 cranes beside the harbour centre and the blue light building

EDIT: when was this taken yogi?

  14. Cool looking pics. Thanks for posting!
  15. These were likely taken in January of 2009. We had 3 full weeks of fog. I live above the fog line at times, and from late Dec to middle Jan. I only saw the sun 2 days, where we were above the fog. Vancouver is the nicest city I have lived in when it is sunny. It can get somewhat depressing when it rains for 3 weeks straight, but when the sun comes out, I would not want to live anywhere else. I like waking the dog by the water whenever possible.

Agreed, the rain and grey is killer sometimes but I love it here. I live in White Rock now but I'm moving to Kits beach in a few months. Pretty stoked.

  17. Yogiblair on his westcoast "swing"! Vancouver is so effing awesome. Great pics Yogi. TY for sharing em.
  18. I work inside two of the big skyscrapers there... the view was only crazy in that you couldn't even see the building 50 feet away. Everything was pure white for like 2 weeks.

  25. beautiful.

I've always wanted to go to the Pacific NW, so far the closest I've been is San Fran.

    Gotta get out there.
  26. Absolutely awesome! There oughta be a way you could make some bucks off these, but I'm not sure how. Maybe sell poster-sized prints of them or something.
  27. The 6th picture is sfsick. I used to live in Tacoma and my folks and I would shoot up to Vancouver (not the shithole city in Washington) as often as possible. I love the Pacific NW and am seriously contemplating moving to Portland.
  28. Great pics Yogi. I love Vancouver. Great scenery, great golf, and great food. What more could you want?
  29. Amazing pics. I guess I have a reason to visit Canada one day

Sick brag, moving from awesome to better.

Pics in the OP are great. Another reminder of why I'll probably live here my whole life. <3 Vancouver
