Oarsmans Bay & Taweva Island from a hill on Nacula Island, Fiji @ 6am by Bisull, on Flickr -
I took my two sons (9 and 6) backpacking last weekend. The valve on our camp stove burner broke rendering it useless. So we had to cook on the open fire. This picture is our oatmeal cooking for breakfast. At 8:00 I got up to cook breakfast. First I had to search the forest for burnable wood. Then I had to start the fire and let it burn for a while until there were good coals to cook on. Then I had to wait for the water to boil and then cook the oatmeal. Breakfast was finally served around 9:15. It made me realize how easy life is at home when I can make oatmeal in 2 minutes.

This is where I stayed in Dubai....34 floor PH 5 bedrooms and 270 degree view. In Slugger's pic, this building wasn't built yet

The cathedral is awesome, but hard to look at
Wish I knew what I was doing when I took this photo. ISO is waaay too high, aperture too large and shutter speed too slow. Nothing is right

You can cut between every 3 LED's i think, then hook this up to a 8x AA battery pack, change the colors with the remote, I glued mine to a 3-4foot broomstick and to make the perfect circle I taped the broomstick to a 4-5foot paintroller and spun it a couple of times in front of the camera during a 5-10sec exposure
