It St. John, USVI. I spent a week in St. Thomas in August. We took a day trip over to St. John. St. Thomas is cool but St. John was more beautiful. Much of the island in a national park so the beaches are undeveloped and pristine.
  8. I took my two sons (9 and 6) backpacking last weekend. The valve on our camp stove burner broke rendering it useless. So we had to cook on the open fire. This picture is our oatmeal cooking for breakfast. At 8:00 I got up to cook breakfast. First I had to search the forest for burnable wood. Then I had to start the fire and let it burn for a while until there were good coals to cook on. Then I had to wait for the water to boil and then cook the oatmeal. Breakfast was finally served around 9:15. It made me realize how easy life is at home when I can make oatmeal in 2 minutes.

This is where I stayed in Dubai....34 floor PH 5 bedrooms and 270 degree view. In Slugger's pic, this building wasn't built yet

And a special fuck you to all the tourists congealing on Church St. like a festering puddle of sewage. You couldn't show some respect and just leave New York alone today of all days?

  19. very nice photos thanks a lot

  20. Simple pull off stop on the Seward Highway. The road we drove all the way to our destination was probably 50 feet from here. Such an amazing drive.

  23. Enjoying it Bisull, one with the mask is really cool. Keep em coming.

The cathedral is awesome, but hard to look at

Wish I knew what I was doing when I took this photo. ISO is waaay too high, aperture too large and shutter speed too slow. Nothing is right

This LED strip seems neat. Can you link to the actual product. I cant picture how this thing is working and want one!
  27. Spotted Kenny G's airplane yesterday. Respect level went up, he can buy whatever airplane he wants and chooses a badass bush plane that can land about anywhere in nature, the DHC-2 Beaver. We think alike

You can cut between every 3 LED's i think, then hook this up to a 8x AA battery pack, change the colors with the remote, I glued mine to a 3-4foot broomstick and to make the perfect circle I taped the broomstick to a 4-5foot paintroller and spun it a couple of times in front of the camera during a 5-10sec exposure
