Not a poker question, so I'm guessing the appropriate place for this is OT.
I'm going to Vegas on Saturday and have a question.
At the old Frontier, there use to be a plastic horse racing machine right by the sportsbook. Basically, you could throw in a quarter (or more), pick 2 horses out of the 5 to win, and then they'd race them around (with fake odds). Nothing you would make money on, but a fun time waster.
The frontier is the only Vegas casino I have ever seen a machine like that in, and now it's closed (and torn down).
Does anyone know another casino in Vegas that has a similar machine?
Thanks -
Can't remember if it is MGM or Mirage, but its back by the poker room. These things are fun as shit. Was on my way to poker room.... 3 hours and 100 bucks later I still hadn't played any poker. Very fun

Dave and Busters?

No, sorry I haven't noticed any. You can however get bums to race one another round the block for a 40oz I am sure. Not sure about what odds the bookmakers would put on them though. Good luck.

I love those things!! I played them at Ceasers & I think Luxor & MGM Grand has them too.
EDIT: I haven't been to Vegas in 3 years so don't know if they are still there. -
the frontier was the shit.....r.i.p

pm Charles E. Cheese imo. glgl!

There is definitely one in the MGM.. i played it when i was there in March, but i can't tell you exactly where. It's pretty popular, and much more fun than wasting a few quarters on the slots. One of the guy's like Clay should be able to pin-point it for you.
Edit: only 16 mins late.. willing2die had the answer and the locale above... -
Yeah the MGM has one but it is such a waste of time.
A few local casino's here in Calgary had the Sega horse racing machines those were fun as hell. -
thanks for the help, I'll have to stop by the MGM grand while I'm there.
Please keep posting if you've seen one.
