Im running the megaleague which the playoffs run with the NFL playoffs, so wondering if anyone wants to get a FFB league going, 8-12 people. depends on how many we get for the positions. if we got 12 prob like qb/rb/wr/wr/flex/te/k/def.
only gonna do one league if we do it, so well have to agree on a buy in, but i prob wont mess with it unless its 50+, my preference is 100.
post if you're interested and well draft tom night or thurs in this thread if we get enough people -

I'd probably do it. Ideal fantasy league imo is 6 people, 2 of each position, 1 from each conf. (or 1 from each team). More than 6 teams is kinda lame since rosters are shallower, and thus more teams are out in the first 2 weeks. I'm running a separate league with some friends that I keep track of with a Google spreadsheet. I can show you the scoring if you want, and if you like it we can use it for this league too.

The SS I use does not keep track of defense's (I skipped it when I made my league last year since it was such a bitch to keep track of). My SS is set up to do 12-man rosters, 2 of each position, but with 2 flex's instead of DEF's. Not that I think anybody should really mind having extra WR/RB's instead of defenses anyway.

The scoring it is set up for is basically standard Yahoo scoring. 2 notable things are .5 PPR and 1pt/25 return yards. I can post full scoring if you want.
I think best way to do it for 6 teams (esp if we're drafting on the forum) is to do 12-man rosters w/ 1 player from each team. I'll do 50 or 100, whatever fills. Looks like we need 3 more. Lets get this thing running ASAP. -

yea that sounds good to me. if we get this going ill pm my email and just use your shit. and i didn't even think of the defense but your way makes it way easier so assuming this runs well def eliminate defenses.
if we get 3 people we can run one like yours, and then keep it open for anyone whod maybe wanna do a 8/10/12 man in case -

I'm still down. Even if we can't get to 6, we could easily run a 3 or 4 person mondo-sized roster WTA league. I did one of those last year with 4 people. Can draft 3 of each position as opposed to 2. We can do the draft over a Skype chat tonight. I just need something to cheer about in the playoffs since the Jets imploded this year.

Doesn't look like it's happening tonight. Chance, Birdwings, and I decided to postpone the draft until 11 AM tomorrow since it was so last second tonight. I think we're going to run it even if we only have 3 but obv more people are welcome to come. Just PM me your Skype name.

Scoring is basic Yahoo scoring. .5 PPR; return yards do count; fumble is -1 whether it is lost or not; -1 point for a missed FG or PAT as well. Everything else I'm pretty sure is default.
2 of each: QB, RB, WR, TE, PK, flex (defenses too much of a pain to track)
2 different ways we can draft (we'll vote on this tomorrow):
1. Pick 1 and only 1 player from each team. So if you take Rodgers first, you can't take another Packer.
2. Custom rules I put together last year: you can stack teams but you cannot take a player from the same team within 3 rounds of each other. So if you take Rodgers 1st, no more Packers until at least round 4.
In addition, at each position you would have to have 1 player from each conference. So if you take Rodgers in round 1, your 2nd QB must be from the AFC.
Your flex players cannot be from the same team as your 1st 3 picks.
League will be tracked on a spreadsheet that I update after each game. It will be published on Google Docs and everyone in the league will get a link.
