    I have dark navy sheets.

    So they get changed whenever there are too many sex juices visable.

    *edit* wait... you were talking about buying new sheets? who does that?

    Believe it or not people do buy new sheets occasionally, and it does seem like the word "changing" is in referance to a differant set of sheets all together, but I guess it means changing them from dirty to clean?

    But I actually thought this was in referance to taking sheets you already own out of a linen closet or something and replacing the sheets you had been using.

    So if I were purchasing new sheets I would say "buying", washing = "washing", and changing = "changing" in my universe.

    most people have 2+ sets of sheets so they dont have to immediately wash and dry and replace the same set. at least i assume thats the case... could be time for a follow up poll.

    regardless, id never think if someone said they were going to change the sheets that meant purchasing anything.

    i have 3 different blankets and 2 different set of sheets. Regular white sheets and then blue fleecy sheets for the winter.

    g/f loves the fleece sheets, pretty sure that's the only reason she's going out with me.

    And when did anyone other than you mention buying new sheets? Why would you assume I meant buying new sheets anyway?

    I would never assume that someone thought changing sheets meant buying new sheets when they said I just wash the same ones.

    Every 1-2 weeks for sure. My roomates never wash their sheets, dont know how they do it. Nothing better then hoppin into that nice clean bed after a long day of grining poker.

    I mean, lets get beyond sex stains and bullshit like that, so ur not getting laid, big deal. What about all the dead skin you "shed" when ur sleeping? or hair?

    Even if I go to bed after waxin one out, sometimes I still stain the covers/sheets with extra leakage unaccounted for.

    Probably every 3-4 weeks. I'm lazy as fuck, so that's prob why I don't do it more often. Clean sheets are suuuper nice for like 3-4 days though. Maybe I'll start changing them more.

    i didnt do a load of laundry until i was 22 years old... lived with parents till 19, went to college close to home and brought it home on weekends, did some traveling and couldnt even spell clean sheets, then lived in nevada for 2 months and didnt do laundry once, just wore my clothes in the shower when they were dirty (i think ive been over that here before), then moved to cali and my girl hooked me up for a litttle while till she got sick of my laziness... then i finally did it. clean sheets were a pretty low priority for me for quite some time. fuck i used to be gross

    i answered 2+ months which is what it was when i was single living in a appt.

    Now, living iwth gf, she changes them almost weekly. We have a spare set that we use so we dont need to wash-dry in same day
