1. Just wondering who you guys think will get snubbed from the probowl this year.

My pick is Marques Colston(WR-Saints). Yes I'm a huge Saints fan but that isn't why I'm picking him. He put up big numbers last year in his rookie season and is playing like a beast this year. Just the probowl is a damn popularity contest and he'll most likely get snubbed. He should've won ROY last year but VY was the more popular candidate. Ok I'm done.
  2. Tom Brady
  3. hmmm...derek anderson, wes welker, mike vrabel, joey galloway off the top of my head will prolly miss out unrightfully so
  4. VY was also the better player... I could go out and catch passes from a pro bowl QB. Try leading a team that had the 3rd worst record in the league to a winning season as a Rookie.

  5. trent cole
  6. I agree, Colston has impressive numbers. As a Pack fan I feel the same way. Jennings has 900 yards and 12 TD's and he missed the first 2 games of the season. It would be nice if these guys were at least mentioned.

el oh el; ignorance is bliss

  8. I agree that Colston should at least get strong Pro Bowl consideration this but LMAO at saying he should have been ROY last year. Vince was hands down ROY last year for what he did with that team.

  9. I actually think all four of those guys are going to make it.

  10. I guess Colston helping bring a 3-13 team that played 16 road games the previous season and practiced in parking lots/used baseball lockerrooms as lockerrooms to within 1 game of the Superbowl isn't much.

  11. wtf does them having 16 road games and practicing in parking lots the previous year have to do iwth anything?
  12. RL was talking about what VY did with the Titans that year(as opposed to the previous year I assumed) and I brought up what Colston did with the Saints and how far he helped them come in a year.

  13. Fred Taylor - has to beat out Tomlinson, Parker, McGahee, Addai. Think he needs to get a "career" vote even if he is never among the best 3 backs at any one point.

  14. Sean Taylor
    Mario Williams
  15. Colston faded at the end of last year. Vince Young came on strong.

Drew Brees wasn't on New Orleans before last year, nor was Reggie Bush. Colston was one of many ingredients.

The Titans were consensus one of the worst teams through the first third or so of the season with Kerry Collins at QB. They plugged in Vince Young and all of a sudden made a playoff run.

Vince Young was without doubt the ROTY last year. Colston was a clear second.

  16. sean hill obv
  17. Mario Williams will easily make the Pro Bowl.

    well said sir
  19. if joey galloway doesnt make it...there is something wrong with the system
  20. fred taylor should make it but we all no he will get snubbed
  21. Kyle Orton, did u see that TD toss to Muhammed!!!
  22. darnell Dockett
  23. A.J. Feeley... or so you'd think, if you listened to your average Eagles fan over the last 6 weeks.
  24. Michael Vick
  25. Jason Peters

  26. wily mo pena
  27. I hope Hasselbeck doesnt get the snub... only 3 qbs make the quad and everyone is licking romos nuts.....

but i really hope MARCUS TRUFANT doesnt get the snub... he has been tearing it up at CB this year

  28. Vince Young did one thing well this whole season, fuck my FF team. If he makes the Pro Bowl I will personally go to Hawaii to protest.

The AFC QBs that will go, will be Brady and Manning obv. I feel like Big Ben is going to get the votes because of his popularity, but if I had a choice, Id take Garrard. Which will be a snub.

FTR VY is 29th in the league in the passer rating category. For those who say he has no one to throw to, try and think of who Garrard throws to. I can think of one WR on the Jags.
  29. With the state of NFC quarterbacks, there is absolutely no chance Hasselbeck is not the third on the roster. He's having a career year. While Favre and Romo are 1-2, there's no doubt that Matt's the clear #3.

  30. Id pick Hasselbeck, but I think its gonna be closer than you think with Garcia. Tampa Bay is having a really good season. I have to say, Garcia does a good job no matter where he is thrown into. Props to him.
