  1. Someone use to always make this thread. But here is your heads up.

  2. I asked this question at work the other night and people looked at me like i was crazy. So basically, it gets to 1am ... and then it goes back to 12:00 right?
  3. Close, when it gets to 2 am it goes to 1 am.

  8. And triples still miss by less than 17 inches, look at the photo....

Just joking, good times....I'm in the middle of 5 doubles, the extra hour is sexy :)

  11. I always wonder what you do today if you have a 1:30am flight. Guess you get there early and hope it is the first 1:30, if not an extra hour at the airport bar

  14. fuck me i was so confused for a minute

  15. It drives me crazy when people call it Daylight "Savings" Time.
  16. by moving the clock forward, you "save" more light for later in the day.

seems like only some people from Indiana, Hawaii and Arizona don't get that it's a nice feature...

  17. As something like 80%+ of the world's population doesn't do this (and now the US does the spring one at a different time from the rest of the world too, completely random), it's pretty inconvenient. Now NFL games don't start til 2am, makes it even more difficult to watch.

this is my serious beef with "falling back" one hour... it gets so fucking depressing in the fall and winter. Must suck for the Northerners even more.
  22. If saving daylight were so great we'd do it year 'round.

You guys get out of bed an hour earlier for half the year and then change your clock to convince yourselves that you didn't. lol "nice feature".
