That is the question. i just bought a new Envoy, fully loaded, the whole deal. Black and already comes with chrome rims which are really nice. Want to get opinons of whether or not to put 22's on it. Most of my friends say def, and some say no because the premium rims that come with it already look pretty sharp. Is the extra few G's id spend on these rims really be worth it?
-
no - rims or no rims it's still an envoy...
-
Definately put some rims on there. Whenever I get around to buying a brand new car, ill never keep the stock wheels on.
Can you fit 24's on an Envoy? -
you dont think there nice SUV's?
-
Havnt checked but 24's are a lil too gangsta for me..
-
personally, not rly, but to each his/her own - i'm sure it's lovely
please ignore me, the smartass in me took over -
23's sfobv
-
nah its cool, personally i love the body style, extremely smooth ride, and not totally horrible gas milage. Oh its an SLT, i think the XL, XUV body styles are god awful
-
22's fit on cars... you got to go big for an SUV.
-
go big or go home.
-
meh, i just cant decide, such hard decisions :p
-
nice
-
agree those do look a little small
yeah i def like the 24's better -
drop it 3 inches, and put 22s on it.
I hate the look of 30/35 series tires -
go to www.superbuytires.com there are tons of sweet rims on there i think you should go with the 24's giovanna merano's
-
nice, this kind of input is exactly what i was looking for...thx!!
-
most rims looks dumb
-
I ask this same question when working out....
CUE THE CRICKETS -
"Is the extra few G's id spend on these rims really be worth it?"
"you dont think there nice SUV's?"
"most rims looks dumb"
I don't know anything about cars, SUVs or rims, but I do know the use of the English language in this thread is atrocious. -
Dear lord plz don't lower it.
Get 22s, 24s are seriously too gangster IMO. It looks dumb to me when you can hardly see the sire, plus you wouldn't be able to take it off of the road AT ALL. -
lol, next time i will have to get my editor to make sure everything is grammactically correct for you sir..
-
wp, nice brag post
-
yeah i agree Quantum, 24's are to much for me. I was asking this because a buddy of mine has 22's that he had on his trailblazer, they look nice on his ride. long story short he was arrested for DUI(now cant drive, THANK GOD) and wants to sell them to me.
-
i dont think u should lower it eather but deff go with the 24's plus if you are spending a few grand on rims i dont think you would go off road anyways
-
nothing to brag about, just wondering about opinions to the stated question..
-
Go 24s. If you go 22s, get bigger tires... Look into getting black rims with the chrome lip, (if you like that look), black out the whole thing like Rob Dyrdek's tahoe. That was kind of cool.. If you don't like that look, get chrome. But either way.. 24s, or 22 with meatier tires.
