uhmmmm... concussion, pretty sure the league will chime in now...
-
Vick will be the starter by the end of the year. I am a Philly fan and was actually happy when Kolb went down. Not happy he was hurt, but you know. Vick is still fun to watch, but he should have run that damn ball in when they were 3rd and goal. O/U set at week 7
-
Vick may start next week and if he does well Kolb might not get to start the rest of the season. The NFL is pretty hardcore about concussions so id be suprised if Vick doesnt start at least next week and if he gets the team rolling i doubt they make a change.
-
seems they are much more explosive with Vick in there.
-
You are talking about Andy Reid Guido remeber that.
-
GB was blitzing all day and our OL pretty much had some troubles. Vick is so quick when it broke down he was able to escape. We did have a couple injuries tho, the play Kolb went down on he was running for the first. Matthews cuaght him from behind and that was game over. kolb never knew what hit em
-
He didnt get the best protection, but certainly not the worst. Most of his throws were errant and in triple coverage.
-
O/U is 1.5, obv... and I will take the under
concussions are no joke anymore... especially for a young QB -
under 8.5 wins for the season -155...
-
I have Kolb on my team and about halfway thru the 3rd qrt picked up Vick off waivers...so imo, he will be the starter at least next week and possibly for rest of the year depending on how he does...2qb league.

Vick sucks. You guys know that right? Why (aside from medical reasons) would the Eagles start Vick?
-
Vick owns.
-
did you watch the game today?

He did look rough, but don't call for a guy's head in his 1st start as "the guy" against the number 2 overall defense from a year ago. -
Any league that allows you to make a pickup while games are being played is bush league.
-
Yeah, but Vick could have save the day and it still makes no sense to start him. You have to ride Kolb all season. Eagles would have more wins this season if they kept McNabb. That's pretty much a given. They got rid of him because they figured it wasn't going to happen. (by "it" I mean Superbowl win) If McNabb couldn't do it, Vick sure as hell can't. You have to go with Kolb, win or lose. Starting Vick makes no sense long term imo.
Jerk. -
it looked like vick had the same speed and explosiveness he did in his prime years ago, i know its one game and u dont want to over react but shit, vick did look really good and the offense seemd to be a lot better with him out there
-
I KNOW he might start for health reasons. I thought OP was talking about performance.
-
Vick could have, should have ran it on that last drive. He has the skills but he often makes "questionable" decisions.
-
Yeah, I meant it more like "If they were both completely healthy, who should start?"

And if the injury does keep Kolb out next week, the debate over who should start will prob only intensify cause Vick will be up against the LOLions.
