    Okay I have no clue how to get one of these hooked up to the internet. Is there something that I need to buy? Or can I connect it directly to my router? Any help would be most appreciated because I have no clue.....Thanks :)

    Let's see if the blind can help the blind here.

    I don't have a router, but I ran a typical USB cord to my cable modem to hook mine up online (the USB cord hooks into the back of the 360). Can something similar be done to yours to get yours to work through the router?

    You can connect a ethernet cord directly to the 360 from the router or by the wireless device which is about $100...

    damn i guess im too late to suggest: GetAides then huh? also, i use my laptop. it hooks up to wireless, then my ethernet cord plugged into that and bridge a LAN connection. google it if you want to use it, very simple, but a few steps. nice thing about this is if you have windows XP or vista, you can download the windows media center plug in and stream all your music and movies from windows media onto your xbox/TV
